In Thy Youth

from $15.00

As a mother my most sacred responsibility is to help my children feel God’s love for them. Each of God’s precious children come to this earth with a premortal bond to their Heavenly Parents and to their Savior Jesus Christ. The world will try to snuff out that bond. The world would have them forget. But my job as a mother is to help them remember. As I was creating this piece my son who is almost three came up and said “Look it's fishing, I was fishing with Jesus!” Then he ran to tell the good news to his dad. Even though the boy in this picture is much older than my son, he automatically assumed that he was the boy fishing with Jesus. I love that he has that personal relationship and connection at such a young age. I hope that this painting can help grow that connection with other children as they look upon it and imagine themselves fishing with Jesus.

If ordering a deckled print keep in mind that I have changed the way the edges are hand torn and I no longer include a white boarder.

All prints are printed, hand signed, packaged, and shipped with love by me. I use quality archival paper and inks to give you fine art giclee prints that if cared for properly will last hundreds of years. I hand sign each print in pencil on the back bottom corner.

Typical processing time is 7 - 14 business days.

Please keep in mind that images may be cropped slightly for different dimensions and colors may vary due to monitor settings.
